New Practice Management Software: Our new software allows us a few additional ways to communicate with clients. Every client has a unique case email address to send correspondence and documents directly to his or her case file. In addition, every client has a unique case texting number. Clients can send a text message from their phone directly to their case file and will receive a prompt update from a firm attorney or team member. These exciting new ways to communicate with clients, coupled with powerful workflows, document automation, and built-in faxing, allows Mullen & Mullen to continue doing great work for our clients even though team members are working from home.
