Mullen & Mullen Law Firm is doing everything it can to help flatten the curve of Covid-19. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all during these trying times.

We are open. Our personal injury law firm’s Attorneys, Assistants, Medical Records Clerks, and all other employees are working from home. Prior to the Coronavirus outbreak, we implemented cutting-edge online practice management software. While we are having to adjust, like all other businesses, we are pleased to report that we are operating at almost full capacity.

At Mullen & Mullen we are continuing to accept new cases. If you have been bodily injured due to the negligence of a third-party please call us locally at (214) 747-5240 or toll free at 1+800-371-8751 to discuss your situation or use the contact form or chat feature on our website. Our injury law firm offers Virtual Sign-Ups with documents easily executed on your phone or computer. We work with several medical providers, including specialists, who offer telehealth / telemedicine appointments.

We won “Top Choice Injury Law Firm” in Dallas for 2019 and 2020. Mullen & Mullen remains fully committed to offering the same exceptional customer service we are known for during this crisis. There are many ways to reach us including:

Contact Us by Phone: Calls to our main office number are being forwarded to our receptionist who is also working from home. If Wendy is unable to answer your call, please leave a voice message and trust that she will promptly have an appropriate team member or attorney get back to you.

Contact Us by Email: Emails are constantly being monitored and quickly responded to.

New Practice Management Software: Our new software allows us a few additional ways to communicate with clients. Every client has a unique case email address to send correspondence and documents directly to his or her case file. In addition, every client has a unique case texting number. Clients can send a text message from their phone directly to their case file and will receive a prompt update from a firm attorney or team member. These exciting new ways to communicate with clients, coupled with powerful workflows, document automation, and built-in faxing, allows Mullen & Mullen to continue doing great work for our clients even though team members are working from home.

Almost all our client’s already have my cell phone number, Joseph’s cell phone number, or Josh’s cell phone number. That’s one of the reasons we are different. Please feel comfortable continuing to reach out to us directly.

We will all get through this together. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to do great work for our clients and their families. Be safe and be well.
